The Hassell (now Baukultur) team has been leading an advisory team for the State Government of South Australia in finalising a Scoping Study, including a business case for a global destination for quality food, hospitality and tourism education and research. The partnership with Johnstaff represents a new, nuanced approach to scoping studies and business cases, as a combination design advisory and business analysis – a co-designed business case.
